CONSTRUCTION
The Impeller blades and the hub are made of high grade cast aluminum alloy. The assembled rotor is dynamically balanced before mounting directly on the motor shaft and tested for vibration, noise level, air delivery and static pressure. The cylindrical casing is fabricated of 3mm thick M.S sheet, with the motor base plate, of 6/8 mm thickness, welded inside at correct height to ensure it’s concentricity with the impeller axis when assembled with the motor. Flanges of 50 mm height are provided at both the ends with a nos. of 12 mm diameter holes at designed pitch circle for connection to the to the transition piece which is connected to the air plenum chamber(s) of the Trough Mounting legs are fitted at the bottom end of Casing, for use, if needed. Protection guard, fabricated of weld mesh on a circular metal frame is bolted at the free end of the casing. |

MAX-AIR CENTRIFUGAL FANS are used for providing humid air to Trough/Gamla Fermentation units, Fermenting Machines and for Hot-air from Heaters/Steam Radiators to Tea Driers and Withering Troughs etc. Impellers Blades are die-pressed in mild steel to obtain correct profiles. The complete impeller assembly is dynamically balanced before being mounted on heavy duty bearings & housed in mild steel Fixed/Universal casing (for different angles of discharge). The fans are supplied with matched motor drive unit. |
