VIKRAM's R & D Department is manned by highly proficient and skilled engineers, each backed up with years of hands-on experiences in the fields of Tea Machinery operation and maintenance in India, as well as, in the areas of design and development of the same for about 3 decades. All drawings are performed by expert CAD professionals and printed in colored printers and plotter.

They are highly dedicated and constantly liaisoning with different tea research institutes in India and abroad, for scientific inputs about new developments in tea research coupled with simultaneous analysis of the data received from VIKRAM's machine users and technicians at site in India and abroad for technical inputs to be used for innovating new improvements constantly to be incorporated in Vikram's tea equipment.
